Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – HR Helpdesk

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide functional support and consultation for Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong focus on HR Helpdesk / HR Service Delivery.
- Configure and manage HR Helpdesk modules, including workflows, queues, SLAs, service requests, and knowledge base.
- Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution for HCM-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform HCM setups, configurations, and enhancements across core modules.
- Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
- Participate in UAT, production support, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HR Helpdesk / HR Service Delivery is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Security, and Workforce Structures.
- Experience in ticketing tools, SLA management, and HR operations support.
- Good understanding of HCM data security, roles, and privileges.
- Exposure to Fast Formulas, approvals, and reporting is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
