Position: 24/7 IT Help Desk Specialist (Tier I–II)
A leading IT solutions provider is looking for a motivated IT Call Center Help Desk (Tier I and II) professional to support a program for the Department of Homeland Security. The role involves assisting end-users with tech issues and requires strong customer service skills. Applicants must be US citizens, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and should have 1–2 years of help desk experience.

Certifications like MCSA or A+ are preferred. The position may allow for some remote work with approval.
