Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst with a strong focus on Hub Spot and SQL to support and optimize our marketing operations. This role plays a critical part in driving data-informed marketing strategies, improving campaign performance, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing, sales, and business intelligence teams. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of marketing processes, automation, and reporting to enable scalable growth and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, configure, and optimize Hub Spot CRM, marketing automation workflows, and campaign tracking
- Design, build, and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools
- Analyze marketing funnel performance, lead lifecycle metrics, and campaign ROI
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across marketing systems and databases
- Partner with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to improve lead management and attribution models
- Support A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and personalization initiatives
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation or system improvements
- Document marketing operations processes, best practices, and reporting standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Hub Spot Marketing Hub and CRM
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Solid understanding of B2B or B2C digital marketing channels and funnels
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- 3–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Analytics
- Proven experience supporting marketing teams in a data-driven environment
- Prior experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and databases
- Full-time position
