As a CRM Solution Development Associate Manager/ Manager you’ll leverage your subject matter expertise to design and implement Dynamics 365 Online CRM solutions across all phases of Avanade projects. You will lead client engagements and delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. - Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 Online CRM solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Manage and mentor technical teams, driving accountability, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee CRM customization, including entities, attributes, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
- Provide technical direction for API development and system integrations using C# Web APIs and RESTful services.
- Manage version control and code collaboration using Bitbucket or similar tools.
- Ensure effective deployment and configuration management through CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
- Coordinate and perform CRM data migrations, preferably using SSIS or Kingsway Soft.
- Implement and enforce unit testing practices using mock frameworks.
- Use tools like XRM Toolbox to enhance productivity and solution quality.
- Support the creation, packaging, and deployment of CRM solutions and environments.
- 8+ years in IT application development, with 4+ years in technical lead or technical solution architect role.
- Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Online, preferably Sales, Service, Power Platform.
- Experience in cloud migration from on‑premises to cloud will be advantageous.
- Have experience in Singapore Health & Public Sector Industry. Candidate should be familiar with HCC or GCC environments.
- Strong knowledge of C#, OOP, JavaScript, and integration via REST APIs and SFTP, SSIS.
- Experience in team management, technical coaching, and delivery ownership.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops tools like Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and solution deployment best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM data migration tools such as Kingsway Soft SSIS Integration Toolkit.
- Ensure consistency across multiple environments by managing configurations and deployment strategies.
- Resolves solution layering and dependency conflicts during code deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear terms.
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience, guiding teams effectively and ensuring proper delegation of tasks.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities to address challenges and drive effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
- Experience with React
JS or Power Platform components. - Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Implements and optimizes automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for Dynamics 365 solutions.
