A leading Next Gen Tech solutions provider seeks a skilled professional for remote deskside technical support covering EUC devices. You will provide 2nd Line support, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with SLAs. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in Windows operating systems, experience with SCCM, and excellent customer-facing skills. Additionally, a Microsoft certification is preferable. This position is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and requires the right to live and work in the UK.
