THE ROLE:Project Manager
The Project Manager plays a key role in driving Kaplan Singapore's digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives. This position oversees end-to-end project delivery across business systems, data, and AI-driven solutions — ensuring alignment with Kaplan's strategic priorities in student experience, operational efficiency, and innovation. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams across Admissions, Student Services, Marketing, and IT to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on governance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project including, risk assessment, and communication strategies. degree
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, ideally in a complex or cross-functional environment.
- Proven. time management and prioritization across multiple projects.
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
- High level of adaptability and resilience in managing change.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of risk management, governance, and compliance best practices.
INCE2 certification preferred).
- Working Hours:
