At Dev Technology, we’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager who can actively manage program execution, bring clarity to ambiguity, and build strong working relationships across technical teams, partners, and government stakeholders.
We’re seeking someone with excellent communication skills, technical fluency, and a service-oriented mindset who can manage delivery, surface risks early, and ensure mission-critical software efforts stay aligned, accountable, and on track.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day project management activities across partner-led technical teams
- Drive initiatives from planning through delivery by monitoring progress and resolving issues
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules and release plans
- Identify, track, and mitigate project-level risks, issues, and dependencies
- Implement and refine delivery and coordination processes as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, including documentation and solution outcomes
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, partners, and government stakeholders
- Support project-level communications, reviews, and reporting
- Translate complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of leading and delivering software development projects
- Proven ability to manage technical delivery while bridging customer needs and implementation realities
- Strong communication skills to drive alignment across technical teams, partners, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and transparency with clients and internal teams
- Experience managing projects within government contracting environments and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive accountability
- Ability to prioritize project and team success over individual recognition
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new domains and mission areas
- Experience with Agile collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence or similar
- Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
- Experience supporting a Federal Government client
- WebEOC experience
