Automation Tester; DV Security Clearance

Overview

Automation Tester (DV Security Clearance) role with CGI. CGI is an inclusive employer and a member of my Gwork. This position is part of CGI's Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit, focusing on the delivery of technical solutions for government agencies. Role involves guiding, assuring and delivering integrated automation solutions in partnership with clients. The role is suitable for some office or home-based work but requires onsite attendance in Gloucester due to secure access requirements. You must hold a UK Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one; higher level clearance is desirable. • Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks and environments.
• Collaborate with testers to ensure scripts run and results integrate with dashboards.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, team meetings, stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions with the team, partners and clients.

• Hands-on experience deploying virtualised workloads with L3/L4 networking.
• Skilled in configuration and automation tools such as Robot Framework, Go, vCentre Networks.
• Experience with Red Hat or CentOS Linux (System Admin and Bash) and/or Windows (System Admin and Power Shell).
• Use of tooling such as Jenkins, Influx
  
  DB and Grafana.
• Experience with containerisation/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift).

• Experience of infrastructure engineering on Cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS).
• Understanding of software and infrastructure testing.
• Understanding of test management tools (e.g., Test Rail and/or X-Ray).
• Creation and configuration of reporting dashboards with Splunk and/or ELK stack.
