VOXA is an AI-powered voice coaching platform - think Duolingo for voice confidence. We help multilingual speakers overcome speaking anxiety and build authentic presence for the moments that matter: interviews, presentations, pitches.
We're pre-launch. Pre-revenue. Moving fast. And we need experienced leaders who are energised by building something from scratch with a hungry team.
🔧 Fractional CTO / Technical Product Lead 10-15 hours/week | Remote | Flexible
You'll lead a junior engineering team (intern developers aged 17-23) through our web app launch and beyond. We're working across Git Hub, Vercel, Firebase, React and AI integrations.
What you'll do:→ Own the technical strategy for our Feb 28 soft launch and April global launch → Mentor and guide junior developers who are eager to learn from you → Build systems, workflows and sprints that actually work → Integrate AI into our processes more seamlessly
You'll lead a junior marketing team (interns in content, social media, PR) to orchestrate our launch strategy and build a global brand.
What you'll do:→ Shape and execute our marketing strategy across launch phases → Tie together our assets into a cohesive, high-impact campaign → Mentor young marketers who want to learn from real experience → Build the systems and automations that scale our reach

Volunteer Tech Mentors & Advisors
If you can't commit to a leadership role but want to support - we'd love experienced engineers who can coach our junior team on backend, sprints, Git Hub workflows, React, or AI layers. Even a few hours a month makes a difference.

Future compensation options (post-launch, based on traction): delayed salary, revenue share, or other options. We're open to conversations.

But so is what we're building. VOXA has a growing community of people on our waitlist across 30+ countries, we have corporate pilots lined up, pre-seed funding on the way, and a team of 15-20 interns already building, learning and growing. Over 35 interns have correlated with us so far.
We need leaders who see the opportunity in that.

For Fractional CTO / Technical Product Lead:
- Lead and mentor a junior engineering team (intern developers aged 17-23) through product development sprints and technical decision-making
- Own the technical strategy and roadmap for web app soft launch (Feb 28) and global launch (April)
- Establish and refine development workflows, sprint processes, and Git Hub practices to improve team efficiency
- Oversee technical architecture across our stack (React, Firebase, Vercel) and guide AI integration decisions
- Create systems and documentation that enable junior developers to work more independently
- Collaborate with the Founder/CEO and advisory team on product priorities and technical trade-offs
- Identify and implement AI-powered automations to streamline team workflows
- Provide regular progress updates and flag blockers early
