Client Details: Multinational Electronics Company

This position is responsible for driving the company’s online sales growth and leading the transition from traditional sales channels to a scalable digital and omnichannel business. This role oversees online market expansion, consumer electronics category performance, business development initiatives, and country-level sales execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end online sales strategy and drive digital transformation from offline to online channels.
  • Develop and expand online sales across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
  • Own consumer electronics category management, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including strategic partnerships and new revenue models.
  • Manage and deliver country-level sales targets and overall performance.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while collaborating closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, with strong exposure to online and digital consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation and scaling online businesses.
  • Strong expertise in category management and business development.
  • Experience managing country-level or multi-country sales operations.
  • Strategic, commercially driven, and highly execution-oriented.
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a transformation mindset.
  • Have successfully scaled online businesses within large, established brands.
  • Have led end-to-end transformation initiatives, not just incremental e-commerce growth.
  • Are comfortable operating in environments with ambitious targets, strong governance, and high board-level visibility.
