- Executive Synergy: Act as the bridge between technology and business. You will partner with the CEO to align technical roadmaps with commercial goals, providing expert guidance on the strategic trade-offs of scale and speed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Tech Leadership: A seasoned executive background (CTO/VP Eng) with a successful history of maturing early-stage SaaS platforms into enterprise-ready powerhouses.
- Systems Expertise: Deep-rooted knowledge in designing complex distributed systems, high-volume data pipelines, and modern cloud-native infrastructure.
- Relentless Execution: A "get-it-done" mindset with the ability to maintain high shipping standards and predictable delivery under tight timelines.
- Remote Leadership: A natural ability to inspire and manage high-performing, globally distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
- Industry Edge (Bonus): Direct experience within the AdTech or Mar Tech sectors, or a background in building sophisticated creative and analytics tools.
- AI Innovation (Bonus): Hands-on exposure to the Generative AI landscape, including LLM integration, creative automation, or MLOps.
