what you’ll do

* lead customer conversations across phone, email, and digital channels with confidence and control

* assess complex arrears cases, uncover root causes, and agree sustainable repayment solutions

* make sound, compliant decisions while maintaining a fair and empathetic approach

* identify vulnerability indicators and work closely with specialist support teams

* collaborate with credit administration on case actions, documentation, and resolutions

* maintain high-quality case notes, accurate systems, and consistently strong compliance and quality scores
