Remote Product Management Lead

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end buyer experience within the digital automotive marketplace. Your impact will be significant as you help customers search, evaluate, and purchase vehicles online through innovative, data-driven product experiences.

You will collaborate across teams such as Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to enhance platform capabilities, utilizing strong analytical and technical skills supported by a thorough understanding of user behavior and online commerce. This high-impact role will shape the strategic direction of the marketplace for buyers.

• Own and evolve the buyer journey across search, browse, and purchase experiences
• Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver product improvements
• Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with growth objectives
• Leverage AI/ML to enhance search, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising
• Monitor product performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs
• Identify and prioritize opportunities that improve engagement and conversion
• Ensure high product quality by staying deeply involved in delivery and releases
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders
• Balance scope, priority, technical risk, and business impact across initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience
• Experience owning customer-facing digital products (marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS)
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
