Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £50,000 £ 60,000 + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join a growing Network & Security Operations team, providing senior-level support across complex enterprise network and security environments. This role is focused on BAU support, troubleshooting, and operational stability, supporting critical customer infrastructure in a fully home-based capacity. You will act as a senior escalation point within the team, supporting secure, resilient LAN, WLAN, and network security platforms, while helping to drive service quality and continuous improvement.

What Youll Be Doing As a senior technical specialist within the network operations function, youll be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimising live enterprise networks and security platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing 3rd-line support and escalation for complex network and security incidents Supporting and maintaining Fortinet security technologies, including:
Forti Gate firewalls Forti Manager and Forti Analyzer Fortinet SD-WAN solutions Forti Authenticator and identity-based policy enforcement Forti Sandbox and Forti Web (where applicable)
