Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team remotely. This role involves providing technical expertise, implementing efficient solutions, and supporting the team in optimizing our digital platforms and workflows.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support and consultancy to internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to improve system performance.
- Recommend and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance user experience.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability.
