We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to support the marketing team with managing and optimising product data across various platforms. In this entry-level role, you will assist with ensuring product information is accurate and up to date across e-commerce sites, internal systems, and other customer-facing channels. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow within the digital marketing space, helping with product launches and data-related tasks that drive online visibility and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining product data in the Product Information Management (PIM) system to ensure its accurate and current.
Help with the setup and maintenance of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and PIM Systems.
Support the team in following data governance policies to ensure consistent data standards
Work closely with the Commercial and Product teams to gather product information and digital assets.
Assist in providing accurate product data and assets to e-commerce platforms, retailers, and partners in the required formats.
Help manage product descriptions, technical specifications, and imagery to ensure products are well-represented online.
Support the team with data coordination during new product launches and product discontinuations.
Conduct basic audits of product data to ensure consistency and quality.
Assist in optimising product data for better searchability and SEO performance.
Be a point of contact for day-to-day queries and assist in system troubleshooting and updates.

Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes:

Interest in e-commerce and online marketing, with a desire to learn more about digital marketing practices.
Previous experience in a data-focused or marketing-related role is desirable, but not essential.
Familiarity with PIM system is a plus, but training will be provided.

· Educated to degree level or similar qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business, IT, or similar) and at least 5 GCSE's at grade C or above (including English and Maths).
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and able to work with data in a structured way.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Good written and verbal communication skills
