Salary Range: The annual salary for this position ranges from $64,500 - $96,500. Exact compensation may vary based on qualification, experience, and education.

What you’ll do:- Administer and support enterprise network, server, and cloud environments (on-prem and Azure)
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, servers, and core infrastructure to ensure availability and performance
- Support security controls including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure access technologies
- Provide deskside and remote technical support, resolving incidents and documenting work in a ticketing system
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance activities
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors, and act as backup to other IT administration roles
- Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in network and systems administration within a mission-critical environment
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and enterprise infrastructure
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra /Azure AD)
- Experience supporting cloud or hybrid environments, primarily Microsoft Azure (AWS is an asset)

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement consisting of in-office and remote work. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and system tracking
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
