- You will integrate directly into our client s team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Demonstrated experience independently leading product discovery through customer interviews, validation, hypothesis testing, and insight synthesis.
- Proven experience managing rolling backlogs and short-term roadmaps, including 3-month planning cycles.
- Strong track record of identifying operational risks early and incorporating them into product strategy and sequencing.
- Extensive experience owning and communicating domain-level product strategy to senior and executive stakeholders.
- AI-native mindset with hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Solid background in data-driven decision-making skills, including building business cases and working directly with data and SQL when needed.
- Skilled at balancing Design and Engineering input while grounding decisions in customer needs and business outcomes.
- Practical experience engaging Product Design and Engineering leadership early to surface technical and delivery risks.
- Deep experience in leading products or domains with complex, cross-team dependencies.
- Strong track record of end-to-end ownership, including rollout sequencing, go-to-market alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and drive solutions to completion.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
- Ability to identify with the goals of Full Stack s clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
