Lead QA Specialist - remote

• Conduct thorough manual testing in Five9 contact center environments
• Utilize test management tools to track and report testing progress
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve product quality
• Participate in agile/scrum meetings to ensure continuous improvement
• Analyze complex IVR and CTI systems for potential enhancements
• Communicate findings and propose solutions to cross-functional teams

• 5+ years of manual testing experience in Five9 contact center or telephony environments
• Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, CTI, CRM, and omnichannel platforms
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools like Test Rail and Jira
• Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, and call routing concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in agile/scrum environments
