• Associate’s degree with three years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with one year.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with analytic software (R, Databricks), Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and big‑data technologies (Spark).
• Basic understanding of Cloud concepts and proficiency using APIs.
• Knowledge of AI concepts relevant to data applications.
• Ability to work independently on general job tasks.
• Competence in applying various data‑analytics approaches.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for a Level 5 Position of Public Trust.
