Lead Business System Analyst - remote

This role is essential in optimizing and supporting financial systems, ensuring compliance, and implementing improvements that align with business objectives. By functioning as a bridge between business users and technical teams, you will facilitate effective delivery of financial solutions, prioritizing system functionality and operational efficiency.

• Administer and support Blackline Close Management and Reconciliation platform, including account reconciliation workflows.
• Manage Kyriba Treasury and Cash Management system functionality.
• Support Accrual Automation processes within Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management.
• Oversee Three-Way Match automation activities utilizing Snowflake data platform.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• 5-6 years of experience in financial systems analysis or administration.
• Experience with SaaS-based ERP applications, particularly in Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and IT General Controls.
• Hands-on experience with Blackline and Kyriba systems.
