Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AEM Forms Full Stack Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Forms. The ideal candidate will work on customer-facing projects, design and develop adaptive forms and backend solutions, and support/guide a team working on AEM Forms implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Adaptive Forms , backend bundles, and AEM Forms solutions.
Develop custom workflows, templates, scripts , and components to meet business requirements.
Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, databases, and third-party services .
Implement prefill, validation, conditional logic, and data binding in adaptive forms.
Provide backend and frontend development support to the team and guide junior developers.
Ensure accessibility, performance, responsiveness , and cross-device compatibility of forms.
Troubleshoot and resolve AEM Forms, environment, and deployment-related issues .
Collaborate closely with QA teams for testing, validation, and defect resolution.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities .
Required
Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager Forms (AEM Forms) .
Strong expertise in Adaptive Forms, backend bundles, and AEM solutions .
Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript, jQuery (Full Stack development).
Experience with AEM Forms OSGi , CRXDE , Sling Models , and HTL/Sightly .
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services .
Knowledge of form lifecycle management and data security concepts.
Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines .
Working knowledge of CDN, Dispatcher, and Apache Load Balancer .
Strong problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills .
Experience working on customer-facing projects .
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Forms Developer (preferred).
Experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, or AEMaaCS .
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies .
Experience in regulated industries such as Banking or Financial Services.
EDS experience (good to have).
