Position: Sales Intelligence & Performance Operator Remote)

This is a builder role, not a spectator role.

We need someone who can step into a fast-moving sales organization, bring structure to chaos, and help us scale performance with intelligence—not guesswork.

The role

You will be the founder’s right hand for sales performance intelligence.

This role is for someone who is:

  • analytically sharp,
  • operationally disciplined,
  • independent in execution,
  • and strong enough to challenge closers with facts.

You will not “wait for instructions.”

You will surface what matters, propose actions, and drive accountability.

What you’ll do

You will own the rhythm and rigor behind sales execution:

  • Track pre-call behavior and compliance by closer
  • (text/call/follow-up execution vs. standards)
  • Audit CRM integrity and stage movement discipline
  • Build weekly and daily performance reports
  • Identify patterns early (who is improving, plateauing, or drifting)
  • Review calls, tag coaching moments, and map knowledge gaps
  • Prepare founder’s 1:1 agendas with each closer so coaching time is high-leverage
  • Provide concise recommendations, not just observations

  • Higher adherence to pre-call standards
  • Faster, more actionable coaching cycles
  • Less time wasted in founder-rep meetings
  • Stronger consistency across closers

Required profile
  • Experience in sales ops, enablement, QA, or performance management in a high-ticket environment
  • Strong command of metrics, reporting logic, and behavioral pattern recognition
  • Ability to communicate clearly with strong personalities
  • Confident English (written + spoken)
  • Comfort operating with pace and accountability
  • Strong judgment and initiative

Working model
  • Remote (South Africa-based)
  • Meaningful overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
