- Define and evolve the vision for core endpoint management capabilities.
- Contribute to and manage key parts of the core platform roadmap.
- Drive product direction for essential features like automations, policies, and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features solve real customer problems.
- Engage with customers to gather insights for product improvements.
- Write clear product requirements and ensure high-quality feature deliveries.
- Ensure cohesive functioning of core platform capabilities across multiple product areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles, particularly within IT helpdesk or managed services.
- 2+ years of strong Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or IT management.
- Solid background in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and endpoint management.
- Deep understanding of real-world endpoint management practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to iterate product features based on customer feedback and data-informed decision-making.
