Technical Skills- Mastery of ITIL processes Incident Problem Knowledge Management.
- Management of an incident backlog prioritization SLAOLA compliance end to end follow up.
- Handling of major incidents P1 coordination communication post mortem analysis.
- Experience with the Follow the Sun operational model is a plus.
- Advanced use of ticketing tools Service Now.
- Analysis and production of KPIs dashboards.
- Broad technical knowledge workstation environments.
- Understanding of automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Management of operational documentation.
- Operational leadership and ability to lead global teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication including in crisis situations.
- Professional English required international context.
- Strong organizational skills rigor and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Stress management and quick decision making in critical situations.
- Analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Customer oriented attitude and strong service mindset.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Language Fluent in English French is a plus.
- Working from home voluntary basis for up to 2 days per week after 3 months of joining subject to managers discretion.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 87,000 to 102,000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
