Senior Talent Acquisition (IT, Technical) / Talent Management (Information Technology) - Remote (Freelance)
Work with the Hiring Leaders to handle IT, Technical roles for the South East Asia Region including Singapore.
Location: Singapore
- End to End IT, Technical Recruitment: Partners with the Sales and Business Function Hiring Leaders to identify, source, and manage the end-to-end hiring activities.
- Planning and hiring includes Information Technology positions that covers Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Solution Enterprises roles.
- Involved in competitive activities in the region/hiring track, determines hiring potential from key universities within the region in order to develop the staffing plan to meet requirements of the units/region.
- Involved in career fairs, pre-placement presentations, vendor conferences, etc), Develops and implements round-the-year engagement initiatives with key stakeholders in the region.
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology such as Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Solutions, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud Platform, Network and Software.
- Proven track record in IT/ Technical recruitment within an in-house portfolio or Agency, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong experience in IT / Technical end-to-end recruitment.
- Recruitment experience across Sales hiring will be key to have.
- Strong sourcing strategy experience including proactive sourcing
- Experienced with senior level stakeholder management and managing difficult conversations
