1st Line Support Engineer

They’re now looking to bring in a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their collaborative Service Desk team in Northampton (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH after probation).

• Exposure to a broad, modern tech stack across networking, servers, cloud, security, and modern workplace
• Close collaboration with 2nd/3rd line, field, and workshop engineers

• Previous experience in an IT support or Service Desk environment
• A solid foundation across core IT areas (networking, servers, cloud, M365, security, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a real passion for learning and progressing in IT
• Mobile device support experience is a bonus
