Hybrid working:The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre‑employment checks, including:identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
Your roleWe work in all aspects of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including strategy, design and solution delivery for Enterprise, Customer and Privileged IAM.
Everyone in our IAM team contributes in one or more of the following areas:
- Understanding and defining IAM business requirements
- Designing and implementing IAM solutions, including technology and process improvements
- Advising clients on IAM strategy and transformation
- Contributing to or leading successful IAM projects

Your skills and experienceWe value a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. You may have practical experience in areas such as:
- IAM consultancy and advisory work, helping organizations improve digital identity practices
- Developing IAM Target Operating Models and effective processes
- Designing IAM solutions and architecture
- Delivering IAM solutions using technologies like Microsoft Azure, Ping Identity, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust - or other modern IAM tools
- For delivery and architecture roles, we are particularly interested in candidates who hold hands‑on practitioner or architect-level certifications in relevant IAM technologies. These certifications help demonstrate your depth of expertise and commitment to excellence in the field.
We understand IAM is a broad field, and we welcome candidates with transferable skills, whether your experience is more technical, business‑focused, or based on less common IAM products.
