An industry-leading training solutions provider is seeking an experienced Training Analyst with strong DSAT expertise. This role, based in the UK, involves managing evolving training requirements and supporting evidence-based training decisions within a regulated defence environment. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in DSAT-compliant Training Needs Analysis and be able to work confidently with senior stakeholders. Active Security Clearance is essential.

Occasional travel to Windsor may be required.
