Missions
  • Join a team of exceptional leaders (CTO, CPO, Chief Scientist) and experts (Platform Engineers, Security Engineers, Cryptographers, Protocol Designers) in a dynamic, collaborative environment and will create and implement functional software solutions.
  • Collaborate with upper management to define software requirements and lead operational and technical projects.
  • Oversee significant sub-departmental projects, relying on your strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Drive software change and release management processes to enhance the overall SDLC maturity.
  • Ensure that software deliverables meet quality standards, adhere to timelines, and prioritize security.
  • Create, test, and maintain top-notch software that aligns with customer requirements and business objectives.
Daily Tasks
  • To contribute to Agile Scrum, and ensure deadlines and production quality.
  • To spearhead creative solutions for API and backend related challenges.
  • To manage platform infrastructure for scalability, high availability, and security.
  • To ensure product scalability, high availability, and top-notch code quality.
  • To analyze performance, identifying bottlenecks, and scaling backend systems.
  • To resolve complex issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • To implement robust logging, monitoring and alerting to maintain high availability.
  • To build, operate, and secure the APIs, backend, and even cloud infrastructure.
  • To incorporate security best practices into the API design and implementation.
  • To evaluate product code against specifications and gathering requirements.
  • To address problems and document all reported issues and actions taken.
  • To enhance customer satisfaction through technical support.
  • To create and update internal and external documentation.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software development practices.
  • To stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest improvements.
  • To participate in client meetings to assess the solution compared to market alternatives.
Requirements
  • Strong React Native experience (mandatory).
  • Must have shipped multiple apps into production with React Native (mandatory).
  • Swift/Kotlin/Flutter/Objective-C experience is a plus.
  • Experience working within the Crypto industry is a plus.
  • Experience working at a fast-moving impressive crypto company or scale-up.
  • Contract:

    Permanent role (Hybrid remote) in London (UK) or New York (USA).
  • Remote first company: flexibility to work fully remotely or at an office location of your preference within the European Union.
  • Salary: €250-300K per year on a full-time permanent work contract.
