As part of the Sales Engineering Department, the Sales Engineer works closely with the Sales Team to design, position, and deliver Motorola Solutions and Avigilon-based solutions. The role leads the technical aspects of the sales cycle, supporting solution development, validation, and presentation. The Sales Engineer ensures customer requirements are met during needs analysis, delivers technical demonstrations, positions Avigilon solutions against competitors, and designs systems that align with technical and budgetary needs.
During deployment, the role provides on-site integration, troubleshooting, and training support, while collaborating with technical support teams post‑sale to ensure high customer satisfaction.
