This role focuses on utilizing analytical and visualization techniques to drive data-informed decisions and insights in the public health sector. The successful candidate will design and develop AI‑driven applications, working closely with subject‑matter experts and technical teams. - Leverage skills across various computing platforms and languages to solve business problems.
- Prototype, build, and maintain AI tools and workflows using models in Python.

- Support access and analysis of large datasets, ensuring data quality.

- Associate's degree with three years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with one year.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with analytic software (R, Databricks), Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and big‑data technologies (Spark).
- Basic understanding of Cloud concepts and proficiency using APIs.
- Knowledge of AI concepts relevant to data applications.
- Ability to work independently on general job tasks.
- Competence in applying various data‑analytics approaches.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for a Level 5 Position of Public Trust.
