Remote Data Quality Engineer

Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, you will contribute to establishing robust data governance practices and metrics that bolster the overall efficacy of our client’s data products.

• Lead efforts in validating data pipelines, machine learning models, and analytics platforms.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks for big data on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop automated validation for data quality, schema, lineage, and model performance.
• Establish and maintain data quality metrics, including anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to define quality requirements.
• Promote best practices in version control, peer reviews, and reproducibility standards.

• 6–10 years of experience in data quality assurance in enterprise data platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Azure Data services and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience testing data ingestion pipelines and real‑time processing.
• Familiarity with test automation using Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
