We're hiring an Intermediate Developer to join the tech team behind one of South Africa's leading logistics and eCommerce brands. You'll be instrumental in building and enhancing platforms that power CRMs, mobile apps, international commerce, and ERP systems—while working alongside senior engineers across the full development lifecycle.

• Web, desktop, and mobile applications supporting operations, parcel tracking, and customer experience
• CRM and eCommerce platforms for delivery orchestration and business intelligence
• Real-time APIs and dashboards for logistics workflows and automation
• Backend services tightly integrated with analytics, finance, and ERP systems
• Infrastructure where performance, uptime, and data accuracy are non-negotiable

• 5 years+ of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with PHP
• Familiarity with MySQL, Maria
  
  DB, or PostgreSQL
• Experience using PuTTY, and working with Supervisor scripts and cron jobs
• Practical knowledge of AWS services, including SES, SQS/SNS, EC2, RDS, and Lightsail
• Exposure to Node.js, Git, Dokploy, and Bref (serverless)
• Frontend tools like React and Word Press
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Woo Commerce or Shopify is a plus

• Takes initiative on features and debugging in production environments
• Comfortable improving legacy systems while building out modern capabilities
• Can work independently, yet knows when to collaborate

• Works effectively across product, operations, and tech teams
• Communicates clearly and consistently, even in hybrid or remote settings
• Keen to grow through mentorship and broaden technical depth

• 13th Cheque:
  Eligible upon completion of 12 months of service
• Annual Leave: 15 days
