• Program Planning:
  Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria while leading teams through software development phases.
• Program Management:
  Maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans; ensure teams remain on track and in scope.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact timelines.
• Communication:
  Serve as a liaison among Product, Hardware, Engineering, and Marketing teams, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or technical program management.
• Experience leading product programs at scale and balancing product and business priorities.
• Deep understanding of technical implementation details and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing program needs while facilitating collaboration across multiple teams.
• Strong commitment to addressing consumer needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
