Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting directly with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce configuration — objects, fields, record types, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
Handle user management, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business teams.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues and support testing, deployment, and documentation activities.

Required Skills:

3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively with business teams.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
