The Role
We are looking for a data-obsessed and creative SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of our organic search initiatives. You will work closely with our content, product, and development teams to increase our visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and convert visitors into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute successful SEO strategies (Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page) to drive organic growth.
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content development and optimization.
Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits to identify and fix technical issues (crawl errors, page speed, sitemaps, schema markup, etc.) in collaboration with the development team.
Content Optimization: Guide the content team on SEO best practices, optimizing new and existing copy for search intent and ranking.
Link Building: Develop and manage link-building strategies to grow domain authority.
Reporting: Monitor and report on daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and [SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz].
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Tool Proficiency: Deep understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Technical
Skills:
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press, Shopify, Webflow).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, interpret complex metrics, and translate them into actionable insights.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
Experience with Local SEO or International SEO.
Knowledge of JavaScript SEO.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
Experience with AI tools for content or data analysis.
