Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva Vault Configuration Specialist to join our team, responsible for configuring and supporting Veeva Clinical Vault applications, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and clinical standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Veeva Vault configuration, administration, and troubleshooting, with experience in eTMF, SSU, and CTMS modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for incidents and problem tickets, including root cause analysis and remediation
- Configure Vault components aligned to project requirements (life cycles, document types, metadata, security) and contribute to environment strategy (dev/test/prod)
- Plan and execute Veeva general releases and environment refreshes; perform technical assessments for improvement releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, implement changes, and validate solutions in compliance with GxP standards
- Review integration change requests and coordinate with integration teams to ensure compatibility
- Draft and review test cases, specifications, and test data packages
Mandatory
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Veeva Vault certification with hands-on configuration and administration experience
- Practical experience with GxP-compliant systems, ensuring clinical and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated experience configuring Veeva Vault modules, including eTMF, SSU, and CTMS
- Strong understanding of Vault configuration concepts: life cycles, security model, document types, metadata, and workflows
- Proven ability to troubleshoot incidents, analyze problems, and deliver timely fixes in production and non-production environments
Desired Skills (Good to Have):
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Experience coordinating with integration teams and assessing integration impacts
- Test case development and release testing experience
