We’re looking for a hands-on Dev Sec Ops  Engineer who loves building secure, scalable, and automated cloud environments that support enterprise-grade workloads — while collaborating closely with our US engineering and security teams.

Role Overview

As a Dev Sec Ops  Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, security, and reliability of our microservices-based infrastructure on AWS. You’ll work during US EST hours (7 PM – 3 AM IST), partnering with distributed teams to automate pipelines, enforce security best practices, and ensure that our Kubernetes-based workloads are efficient, reliable, and compliant. This is a remote, hands-on role suited for someone with a strong foundation in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and automation scripting (Python and Shell), who thrives in a global, always-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.).

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Write and maintain Helm charts for microservice deployments and configuration management.

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions.

• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.

• Automate operational tasks using Python and Shell scripting.

• Integrate security scans, compliance checks, and secrets management into CI/CD workflows.

• Monitor infrastructure performance using Prometheus, Grafana, or Cloud Watch.

• Collaborate across time zones with engineering and security teams to ensure Dev Sec Ops  best practices.

• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortem reviews. Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in Dev Ops / SRE / Dev Sec Ops  roles.

• Strong knowledge of AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting (mandatory).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions).

• Familiarity with Terraform or Cloud Formation.

• Understanding of cloud security principles, IAM policies, and secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager, Vault, etc.).

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed cloud environments.

• Experience working in Agile and microservices-based architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Fin Tech, SaaS, or enterprise-scale production systems.

• Familiarity with WAF, Guard Duty, Security Hub, or other AWS-native security tools.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes network policies, pod security contexts, and image scanning.

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or ELK stack for observability.

• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or Security are a plus.
