What You’ll Actually Do (No Fluff)

- Turn Dignifyd’s founders into recognizable voices in tech & consulting
- Write scroll-stopping hooks that earn saves, shares, and debates
- Build personal brands that drive real inbound, not vanity metrics
- Strategically comment to hijack attention (ethically, obviously)
- Experiment, analyze, double down — weekly
- Kill underperforming ideas without emotional attachment

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5+ years playing seriously on Linked In (or insane results in less time)
- Proof of growth: founders, brands, communities, or personal profiles
- Sharp writing. Strong opinions. Clean execution.
- Comfortable with tech, AI, consulting, or fast-paced B2B
- Self-starter energy. No babysitting required.

What You’re Not

- A “just schedule posts” person
- A Canva-first creator with no strategy
- Afraid of bold takes, contrarian ideas, or smart debates
