We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity!

• Design intuitive accessible and consistent user experiences across an enterprise service platform improving usability and adoption of workflows spanning IT HR security and risk management.
• Conduct end-to-end user research and analysis to produce personas journey maps service blueprints and prioritized experience roadmaps aligned to measurable business outcomes.
• Define information architecture navigation and interface designs delivering wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs that support efficient task completion and error reduction.
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system accessibility standards measurement framework and continuous improvement cycle in close collaboration with product engineering and business teams.

Experience Required

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in user experience design interaction design digital design or a related discipline grounded in human-centered and accessible design principles.
• At least 5 years of experience designing user experiences for enterprise or internal service platforms supported by a portfolio demonstrating research workflow design and usability improvements.
• Strong experience conducting user research journey mapping information architecture interface design and content design for complex workflow-driven systems.
• Experience designing within platforms such as Service Now or similar enterprise service environments including portals request forms case management and self-service content.
• Practical experience applying accessibility standards such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines collaborating cross-functionally and measuring outcomes through usability and adoption metrics.
