What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement scaled digital customer success programs to maximize value for customers
  • Create automated nurture campaigns to deliver timely messages through various channels
  • Use data‑driven insights to monitor customer engagement and proactively address risks
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align customer programs with overall strategies
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Digital Customer Success, or Product Led Growth in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with customer communication tools, including email automation
  • Proficiency in building email automation programs, particularly in Eloqua
  • Strong communication skills and ability to promote customer engagement initiatives
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Pendo
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with AI tools
  • Data‑driven approach with strong analytical abilities, including experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
