As a hands‑on leader, you will innovate detection and response capabilities while guiding a team that is at the forefront of security technologies.

• Lead a high-performing team of Detection & Response engineers.
• Pioneer new features and technologies to improve SOC efficacy.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Data Science teams to deliver transformative capabilities.
• Continuously innovate and enhance detection strategies and quality controls.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.

• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong team management and project management skills.
• MDR experience preferred.
• Expertise in detection engineering within identity, cloud, or endpoint security.
• Substantial understanding of detection engineering technologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of creating and validating detection strategies across various technologies.
• In‑depth knowledge of attack vectors and threat tactics.
• Familiarity with automation, ML, and GenAI concepts.
• Experience with large‑scale data processing and cloud infrastructure.

• Competitive salary range of $151,000 - $219,000 USD plus bonus eligibility and equity.
