We’re partnering with an innovative and fast-growing fintech organisation seeking a Senior CRM Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a pivotal role where you’ll architect, build and optimise CRM solutions that directly enhance customer engagement, streamline operations and support strategic growth in a regulated payments environment

The Role:

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product teams and technology specialists to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing Dynamics solutions tailored to the unique demands of the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions aligned to business and regulatory requirements
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable configurations, customisations and integrations within Dynamics 365
  • Integrate Dynamics with internal systems and third-party platforms using APIs and middleware
  • Provide guidance on CRM best practice, data governance and security, ensuring compliance with standards such as PCI DSS and GDPR
  • Optimise CRM performance, troubleshoot issues and provide advanced technical support
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Compliance and Support teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Stay current with emerging Dynamics features, fintech trends and regulatory developments
  • 5+ years’ experience in CRM development, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (cloud and/or on-premise)
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, automation and CRM security best practices
  • Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines and version control in a CRM context
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
  • Microsoft certifications (MB-400, MB-600, PL-400)
  • Experience in regulated payments environments
  • Exposure to Azure, AWS and API management frameworks
