About the Role

As a Project Manager at Flexspring, you will lead client-facing integration projects from initiation through delivery. You will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and technical stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute projects that connect complex HR systems and deliver measurable business value.

This role is well suited for someone who brings structure to complexity, communicates clearly, and proactively manages risks and dependencies. Through close collaboration across teams and direct client engagement, you will play a key role in ensuring successful integrations throughout the full project lifecycle.

What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects in a technology-driven environment, ideally involving HR systems or data integrations
  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Fluency in both French and English
    , with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows
  • Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to balance technical and business considerations
  • Demonstrated strength in client engagement, communication, and delivery excellence
  • Self-motivated, self-aware, coachable, and collaborative, with a strong ability to work across teams
Nice to Haves
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience with HR and/or financial data integrations
  • Experience working with HR platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, ADP, or similar systems
  • Additional language skills such as Spanish, Arabic, or other languages.
What You’ll Do
  • Plan, schedule, and lead project status meetings, requirements-gathering sessions, and other project-related discussions
  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Document business requirements, processes, and workflows, including data mapping and visualizations to clearly represent integration flows
  • Support the deployment, adoption, and scaling of client solutions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate internal technical consultants as well as external partners or vendors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Identify scope changes or upsell opportunities during projects and prepare change requests for review and approval
