This role supports and drives business analysis activities for an SAP module within the Marketing Plan to Cash (MP2C) cycle. The position is open to full remote
, and operates on a Toronto or San Francisco timezone
, depending on project needs. It is part of a multinational environment requiring collaboration with both global and local teams. The person will analyze legacy systems, participate in Fit/GAP workshops, document requirements, contribute to SAP solution design, and support testing, data migration, deployment, and hypercare. Strong understanding of MP2C processes and solid SAP functional experience are required, covering pricing, orders, billing, revenue, and finance‑related functions.

• Analyze the legacy ERP system and participate in Fit/GAP sessions to identify business requirements
• Document requirements, gaps, and design deliverables following standard methodologies
• Serve as the single point of contact for local requirements during deployment and ensure alignment with the Global Template
• Collaborate with Global, Deployment, Integration and Business teams to design, build, and test SAP solutions
• Support SAT and UAT execution and ensure successful validation cycles
• Lead cutover activities by reviewing and sequencing manual steps, integrations, and batch processes
• Manage end‑to‑end data migration including rule validation, pre‑ and post‑load checks and environment readiness
• Assist the business during hypercare, coordinate defect resolution, manage improvements, and support adoption of new processes
• Focus on Commercial Finance (MP2C) topics across global regions

• Proven experience as IT Business Analyst leading requirements and design workshops
• Strong expertise in SAP Marketing Plan to Cash (MP2C)
• Experience with SAP ERP / S/4

• Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections
• Revenue Recognition
• Experience in multinational environments (5+ years)
• Strong documentation and functional design capabilities

You are a senior, structured and autonomous Business Analyst with deep SAP expertise and strong understanding of MP2C processes. You collaborate effectively across global teams, manage deployment‑related activities confidently, and excel in data migration, testing and hypercare phases. You demonstrate strong analytical abilities and a solution‑oriented mindset within complex transformation programs.
