Location:
Manchester (UK wide 2-3days onsite) About the Role We're seeking an experienced Service Now Architect who is passionate about designing scalable, high-quality solutions that improve business processes and user experience. This role combines strategic solution design with hands-on delivery, working closely with technology teams, automation specialists, and client stakeholders. You'll play a key role in transforming customer platforms while helping shape the future technical direction of Service Now implementations.
Hybrid working model:
This role offers a flexible blend of office, client site, and home working (not fully remote). Your Role As a senior member of the Service Now team, you'll be responsible for shaping architecture standards and ensuring delivery excellence. You will:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs Lead the architecture and solution design of Service Now implementations, including custom applications and integrations Oversee configuration and customisation across Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and others Maintain platform architecture standards to ensure consistency, scalability and best-practice adoption Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Service Now developers Stay up to date with Service Now releases and platform enhancements to drive continuous improvement Your Skills and Experience You'll bring:
Strong experience in Service Now development and solution architecture Proven track record designing and delivering Service Now solutions across multiple modules Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS Service Now CAD and CIS certifications (preferred), or equivalent hands-on experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Security Clearance Requirements This role requires Security Check (SC) clearance.
