We are looking for an AI Project Coordinator What You’ll Do As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of data annotation projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

You will work closely with our data annotation teams, guiding annotators through complex linguistic or AI-related tasks and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Client request management – Handle incoming client requests, clarify project requirements, and ensure all details are properly documented.

Resource coordination – Identify, recruit, and assign the most suitable annotators for each project.

Training and onboarding – Deliver or coordinate task-specific training sessions to ensure resources are prepared to meet quality and productivity expectations.

Task assignment and monitoring – Distribute tasks, monitor progress and performance, and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Technical support – Act as a first point of contact for technical issues related to annotation tools and workflows.

Motivation and communication – Foster engagement and productivity among annotators through clear, empathetic communication and positive reinforcement.

Reporting and feedback – Provide regular updates on project status, highlight potential risks, and report on key performance metrics.

Requirements 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably for data annotation, AI training data, or related fields.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide large teams of freelancers.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Availability to work on an hourly basis.
