Lead Program Manager; REMOTE

In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping large federal agencies adopt and deliver mission-critical software solutions. As a Program Manager, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programs, ensuring that technology implementations support public safety and enhance quality of life.

You will collaborate with various internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining compliance with federal standards and fostering effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to support federal implementations.
• Lead program planning and execution for deployments within large federal agencies, ensuring timelines, risks, and dependencies are clearly managed.
• Track and support compliance-related requirements, ensuring alignment with federal standards and customer expectations.
• Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to internal stakeholders and federal agency partners, including senior leaders.
• Maintain organization and structure of complex initiatives by managing documentation, schedules, and action items.

• 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or customer-facing delivery roles.
• Experience working with or within U.S. federal agencies, especially in civilian, DoD-adjacent, justice, or public safety environments.
• Strong background in program or project management, ideally in software or technology-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven environments and ability to manage requirements without delaying delivery.
• PMP and/or Scrum certification, or equivalent hands‑on experience applying structured delivery methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% to support federal agency partners and program needs.
