Lead SAP Retail Consultant - remote

In this role, you will be pivotal in leading and supervising a team of offshore consultants, managing SAP Retail projects for clients worldwide. Your deep expertise in SAP Retail modules will empower you to drive project success while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, provide technical and functional guidance, and optimize business processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact a diverse range of retail clients through innovative SAP solutions.

• Supervise and mentor an offshore team of SAP consultants.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and support of SAP Retail solutions.
• Act as the primary offshore point of contact for onshore teams and clients.
• Analyze client business processes and recommend improvements using SAP Retail solutions.
• Lead the configuration and customization of SAP Retail modules.
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform quality checks on deliverables to ensure adherence to project standards.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with onshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall SAP consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Retail modules.
• 2+ years of experience leading and supervising offshore teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail industry processes.
• Expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Retail solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in SAP methodologies, including ASAP and Agile.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant areas is highly desirable.
